One of the best restaurants in the Glarus hinterland. The cuisine is excellently home-style, honest and tried and tested. Various crisp salads, crispy French fries and of course the delicious steaks (from Scottish highland beef), but also the delicious salmon dishes (direct salmon import from Alaska) are served in this kitchen Prepared with care and product knowledge. In general, a lot of things are made in-house (including cakes and tarts). In summer you can experience the mountains of Glarnerland under the three large umbrellas outside in the garden, even in rainy weather.
