My family and I came to Rumi’s for my daughter’s 27th birthday dinner. It was our first experience at the restaurant; though we’ve had Persian cuisine before. THIS RESTAURANT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The staff, the class of people, THE FOOD DRINKS, the atmosphere was SUPERB!!! Prices are affordable; for a party of 3 we spent $300 Including the tip. Our waitress was theee sweetest (forgot her name, I think it starts with a C) and she delivered excellent service. I had the braised lamb neck and it was SOOOO TENDER that I used my spoon to gather the meat, juice from the meat and rice?. We tried 3 appetizers and 1 entree, and all were exceptional. The labneh with charred cherry tomatoes was transcendent. The hummus had a pretty mild flavor but it paired well with the bread and came with lamb that was charred and delicious. The fattoush salad was perfectly chopped and dressed. Experiencing authentic Persian cuisine at Rumi was an absolute delight and undoubtedly one of the best encounters with ethnic Persian food I've had in the USA. I opted for the Gheymeh, and it was simply phenomenal—flavorful, aromatic, and truly unforgettable. The Naan, fresh from the Tanoor, was exceptional and complemented the dish perfectly. My partner thoroughly enjoyed the Ghalieh Mahi with mussels, and our appetizer, Kashk-e Bademjan, was a delightful start to our meal. The restaurant exudes elegance, coupled with impeccable service, all at a very reasonable price point. Needless to say, we're already planning our next visit. Ten stars out of five!

My husband and I visited rumi’s at colony square the evening before our wedding as we were hosting it at The Starling Hotel. We loved all of the cocktails, entrees, drinks and everything! The ambiance has a cool city vibe and the service was fantastic! Zoe was our waitress and she was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll definitely be going back when we are back in atlanta.
This is an excellent restaurant! Everything on the menu is great. We loved every dish we tried. I highly recommend getting a variety of meals to share so you can try everything they have to offer. The service is phenomenal and everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pretty pricey restaurant, but well worth it for a special occasion or date night. Great atmosphere too.
