The location and facilities are very nice, but the service was horrible, especially the owner/manager who was very unpleasant. I went to spend 2 nights relaxing with my 7 year old daughter, but we left after the first night, mainly because the owner was so unpleasant that she completely ruined the experience. 1 hour before arriving they sent us a message saying that there was a breakdown in the restaurant (which we later found out was not true; they had entered into a conflict with those at the restaurant) and that they were going to cut off the service for the next 2 weeks. We have spent six days in this hotel and the treatment from the first moment has been 10. Any request, question or need has been attended to immediately and with a smile.
