We used to love the bistro! It was one of our favorite restaurants. We arrived Friday at 5:30. It was our anniversary. 75% of the seats were open inside and out, although we were told it would be 30 minute wait for the two of us and our 6 year old. We were told they would call us when ready. We checked in with the host after 45 minutes , since we did not get a text/call. We were told they did not know how much longer it would be and 2 more groups were in front of us. We continued to wait beyond an hour outside. We eventually left. We never received a text or call as of 9pm. I do not think we will be back for a while.
Waitress seemed very green. She messed up a drink and my dad's ny strip was very grizzly (5oz). We said so and nothing was addressed about it. I would like a quality steak if I'm paying good prices. Other meals were good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
