The food and service, are usually good. The food was good today... I had a chicken basket and my Granddaughter(7 yrs old) had a chicken sandwich basket. She's been asking for sweet tea for a few years now but I've always gotten her some kind of juice or lemonade. Today, I finally relented. She enjoyed her meal, when I dropped her off, at her home. I saved mine, for when I had gotten home but I drank my tea, as I was driving. I almost choked from a lemon seed that had gotten through the straw. I just so happened to have ordered a small, and a large tea but the young man at the Drive-thru, asked if I was fine with 2 mediums instead?... I thank God, I had chosen the wro... Right cup. My story...
Rush's has been a beloved local establishment in Columbia for longer than I've been alive, and I can confidently say that their chicken sandwich is the best fast-food chicken sandwich I've ever tasted. It far surpasses the competition. While Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is often praised, Rush's is on a whole other level—it’s likely crafted by divine hands. If Adam had spotted Eve enjoying a Rush's chicken sandwich instead of an apple, there would have been no reason for concern. Seriously, if you haven't tried it yet, you really should!
Fantastic as always! The food is incredibly delicious! I've never had an issue at any of the Rushes locations. I've been a fan since I was a child, as my grandparents always preferred Rushes to McDonald's! I just wish there were a million more Rushes across South Carolina compared to other fast food chains. I can't wait to come back here with my husband and more friends very soon!
I haven't been to a Rush's in years and decided to get something because it was close by. It was okay. I definitely remember it tasting better. The Oreo milkshake was definitely filled with Oreos, but it was too watery to be considered a milkshake. The burger was a nice size, but it needed a little seasoning. I would give this experience a 3.5.

The restaurant was very clean, and the food was excellent! They have outdoor seating available, which is a nice option. The only issue we encountered was with a staff member who was a bit rude when we asked to exchange a drink. She had made the sweet tea, and it wasn't good. However, I highly recommend trying their chilicheeseburger!
Whenever I'm in the Columbia area, I make it a point to stop by and enjoy one of the best burgers in the Metro! I ordered the cheeseburger basket, which came with fries and coleslaw. To drink, I had a hot fudge cake milkshake, and it was absolutely delicious—such a chocolatey treat! I really love this place!
The food is outstanding. The customer service is good, though it really varies depending on who is handling your order. If the staff isn't happy with their job, you'll definitely pick up on it, and it will reflect in the service you get.
Hometown burger experience. Not a top burger due to their reheating burgers in-broth process. But, it beats the larger chain restaurants by far with cordial service. Get the chili-cheese burger and sweet tea.

Rush's burgers are truly exceptional. No matter which location I visit, the customer service is consistently excellent and the food is always delicious. I've been enjoying Rush's my entire life.
My go-to order is the cheeseburger basket, but I usually leave out the coleslaw and double up on the fries instead.
