we were in the rusticus for lunch at two lunches. the service was not to be surpassed in unprofessionality. it took to say and write 10 minutes until the waitress hit us the cards on the table and already shouted at us if we wanted to drink already (short..ha ha). the food came then half an hour later and was only moderate. instead of asking us for further drinks and managing us well, the waitress was about four times smoke (seen at a bigger table with a view into the the counter room) and worked all the time bored and indifferent.
