The food was consistently excellent each time we visited. The service was exceptional, with one staff member truly standing out. On Saturday, we went to the bar to watch the Ohio State football game, and Jill completely impressed me. She juggled running the bar, serving food, greeting and seating guests, and answering phone calls, all while never missing a moment to take care of us. If you have the chance to visit and meet Jill, be prepared to tip generously! It was an incredible experience.
It was my mom's birthday, and she wanted to celebrate at this restaurant. However, when we arrived, there were several tables available (more than three), yet we were told we couldn't be seated for 35 minutes, despite there being no one ahead of us. We usually dine here or get takeout once a week and supported this restaurant throughout the pandemic. Unfortunately, we were treated very poorly by the manager during our visit, who offered numerous excuses. It’s really disappointing.
Angela was an exceptional waitress. I can't emphasize this enough. She is the main reason I'm writing this review, and a significant factor in why we enjoyed our dinner so much. Angela was friendly and efficient, handled everything perfectly, and even assisted us in choosing our meals since it was our first visit. It seems that service at many restaurants has declined recently, so it was a refreshing change to be treated so well by her.
We go to the Rusty Bucket 3 or 4 times a month . But here lately the food just hasn’t been up to their usual standard . I had fish last night and it had know taste , the onion rings were different than what the usually had , my husband had salmon which he said was good but the green beans looked liked they were burnt in places and he said they had bitter taste . I hope things improve because we really do like the restaurant . Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant floors could use some cleaning, as they were a bit messy and didn't match the cleanliness of the Gahanna location. However, the food was excellent, and Manager Jason consistently makes sure everything is running smoothly. I believe he is an outstanding manager!
The entire experience was fantastic. The waitstaff were not only friendly but also very knowledgeable, and it was a nice touch to have the owner or manager come out to check on us.
As always, the service was excellent, even with the restaurant being very busy. I ordered my usual blackened salmon salad, and it was delicious. Rusty B never lets me down!
