The only drawback of eating outside was the presence of flies, as there was no overhead cover to shield from them. The indoor dining area was small, with just four tables, but it was clean and brightly lit. I admire the effort involved in providing excellent food within such a cozy setting. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant—you won’t be let down.
I recently discovered a great breakfast spot in my neighborhood! If you’re in Inglewood, be sure to check out this cozy little cafe. The food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. Street parking was easy to find. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was attentive. The cafe has limited seating, indicating they probably handle many take-out orders. Their waffles are outstanding—light, warm, and perfectly crispy. Expect to spend between $12 and $20 per person.
Though the restaurant is cozy, the food is clearly made with care! I had the chicken and waffles, while my boyfriend opted for the ultimate breakfast sandwich—both were absolutely delightful. The service was top-notch, and the coffee was robust. It was a wonderful surprise since we were just passing through the area. You can genuinely savor the passion that goes into the food at this place. Everything is delicious and well-prepared, coupled with friendly service. We visited for breakfast on our last day in LA, and if we lived here, this would definitely be a spot we would frequent.

The chicken and waffles at Rusty Pot Cafe were perfect. I also ordered a side of cheesy grits from the menu because they sounded amazing, and they lived up to the hype. The service was excellent, and there’s a great outdoor seating option. Highly recommend!
