Angels visitaron los que inventaron estos alimentos, que son la cara de Andalucía. El flamenquín famoso, un tipo de jamón y queso abundante empanado. Elegí una versión de flamenquín rellenos de lomo de cerdo, queso y jamón ibérico. Una delicia! Y el incomparable Salmorejo andaluz, una especie de sopa de verduras que domina el tomate, que se sirve frío, además de trozos de huevo duro y tocino jamón. Adicto a este plato! para el verano no hay nada mejor.

Acogedor restaurante en uno de los recovecos del laberinto de calles de la juderia. Platos elaborados que se pagan, pero no en exceso. Os recomiendo la milhojas de foie. El salmorejo debe estar exquisito en todo Cordoba, pero en este restaurante lo puedo asegurar.

Nos encantó Casa Pepe, disfrutamos de su zona de tapas y sus platos, aunque me quedo con el flamenquín y la mazamorra. Imprescindibles las torrijas, y más si vas en Semana Santa como yo...¡no son tan habituales como deberían!
