We dined at Ruth's Chris Steak House to celebrate Mother's Day. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely by the host. We did not have to wait long to be seated. Our server Rosalyn was extremely pleasant and very attentive to our needs. She checked on us periodically to make sure that everything was fine. When our food arrived, everything was hot and fresh. The food was prepared with excellence and was very delicious. Everyone in our party agreed that our overall experience was phenomenal from beginning to end. We definitely will be dining at Ruth's Chris again soon!
The ambiance of the restaurant is lovely! The food was fantastic, although there was a mix-up with the lobster tails, but they resolved it promptly. The service was good, and the timing of the courses was well coordinated. My only complaint is that our server came across as somewhat robotic and uneasy. He didn't provide any recommendations or suggestions. I also noticed that I wasn't given a dessert menu or a list of after-dinner drinks. I'd definitely return, but I believe the service could be more friendly and personable. Just my thoughts.
We always go to Ruth's Chris for special occasions. It has been our favorite restaurant. I made reservations for my 75th birthday celebration. We were shocked when we were seated in a booth in the bar! We were told that was the only table for our 5:45 reservation. We saw several other tables available for 2 in the main dining area. Our meals were a big disappointment also. My wife's lamb chops did not taste like lamb and my ribeye steak had no taste. A very good server made our night bearable.
We come here every year for our anniversary. We always order the filet with shrimp accompanied by a Caesar salad, spinach and baked potato.Its always delicious We love to see Mo. he's an amazing server . The food was amazingly outstanding! However the temp in the dining section we were in was SO hot which made it very uncomfortable. We were there to celebrate a birthday and because all of us were so hot we found it hard to relax and celebrate.
What I love about Ruth Chris steakhouse in Northbrook is it consistent quality dining experience. The food is excellent. The service is very attentive and a high-level and I just feel that it is excellent value for money.
Staff and waiter were excellent. Food was very good—not a great value. Did I pay $15 for a baked potato? It was very stuffy-staff said hotel a/c broken. Sounded like it had been broken for awhile.
Rude waitress and the food tasted bland. The one that was located downtown was the best one. They had great service and food. This location should have closed instead of the downtown one.

My experience at this Ruth Chris location was Awesome. My waitress- Alexis was very attentive and Great! She serve my Husband and I very quickly and professionally! She was very Awesome!
The porterhouse for two and the crab cakes were incredible. Rich and Alexis made our meal and my wife's birthday celebration truly memorable. Thank you! I can't wait to return!
