Ruth's Chris Steak House Biloxi

My wife and I made a reservation for dinner, as we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. We arrived early and our table was already set and there were candles and rose petals. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary. Our waiter, Matthew, was very professional and made us feel like a priority. The porterhouse steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The manager was also very professional. I highly recommend Ruth's Chris steakhouse for any occasion, but they did a perfect job helping us celebrate our anniversary!

My wife and I attended Ruth’s for our Anniversary . I ordered the 4 course meal which included a salad, Steak , Cream Spinach and desert. My steak was overcooked and dry. I sent it back for another one. When the bill came I was charged for the salad, spinach and Desert which was supposed to be included . My waiter tried to tell me that I didn’t order the 4 course meal. I’ll never eat at Ruth’s Chris again! I usually tip 25% he’s lucky he got 15

The service at this restaurant was exceptional! I can't remember the name of the young man who was our server, but I believe he also works as a bartender. Nevertheless, he was a true professional and a customer service superstar. The meal was excellent and the service was top-notch!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Although my steak was overcooked, the staff promptly corrected the mistake and even offered me a complimentary dessert as a gesture of goodwill.

Our experience tonight was not the best. The wait staff was excellent, but the food was just okay and not up to par with our usual Ruth's standards.
