Ruth's Chris Steak House - Downtown Greenville at Riverplace

It’s always nice having a night out with my wife at our favorite restaurant downtown. Both of our entrées (she had the fillet and I had the pork chop) were way undercooked and when I got mine back it looked like they had taken half of it. Appetizer was great! Sides were great and most of all service was great! We did notice the darker it got outside, the darker it got in the bar. Never understood them reason for dim lighting in a restaurant. I want to see what I’m spending my money on. Overall pretty good.

We had a wonderful lobster tail and lobster mac and cheese dinner last night! Our entrées were delicious and the service was amazing. We were greeted by a lovely and gracious hostess. We sat at the bar and bartender Josh was excellent! Even members of the waitstaff went out of their way to speak to us and make us feel so welcome! Thank you, Ruth's Chris staff!

My wife and I had an amazing experience! This was our first visit to the downtown location and it did not disappoint. Our server “Ray” and his assistant were amazing! Very knowledgeable of the menu and specials plus always were at our table “right on time”. Could not have asked for better food, service or experience. We definitely will be returning.

I was hooked from the entrance walk to our table. We were treated like royalty. The food was delicious with huge portions which can be halved for two diners. The service was beyond exceptional. We came away wanting to return very soon for another experience! Réservez une table maintenant

We had a great meal tonight in Greenville! We loved our calamari starter. I loved my filet and lobster tail! The creamed spinach was great along with the creamy mashed potatoes. Our waiter, Hasea Mattinson was excellent!

I decided here for my 27th birthday it was a party of two. Our server Jay was so kind and funny! He made our experience great! I had a wonderful birthday and the food was perfect. 10/10

T-bone steak was very flavorable. Gumbo soup was delicious. Enjoyed the evening there.
