Ruth's Chris Steak House - Fairfax

We truly enjoy coming to celebrate family members Birthdays at Ruth Cris! This was my wife's Birthday dinner! Our server (Ali) was again OUTSTANDING!! The appetizer salads and sides were delicious!! Two of the main entree's (6oz filet for my daughter) and 12 oz ribeye (wife's) had to be returned for being undercooked. Ali and the Manager on duty (Michael) were very apologetic. Thank you

the restaurant was busy and probably only a few employees. manager and server were accommodating and apologetic. not what I expected so much better in the past.
