We enjoy seeing Dave and the convenience of eating at our neighborhood restaurant. On this visit, we had a waitress in training and you could tell she was very new. On this evening I wish salads were nothing comfortable of what we expected and have had there before and therefore we sent them back. We usually expect the usual, Ruth Chris status of Excellency, but there are some days when things just don’t go as planned and we understand that as far as food quality no compromise of taste and presentation. our service was very slow. the manager wanted to apologize for the delay of our meal. After we did it, everything else was slow. to get our tellers, to get our dessert, to get our bill, to pick up our bill. we were almost 3 hours there, the steaks were perfect. the lobster mac and the cheese were unusable. to happiness our server removed it from our bill. my wee came to me halfway through eating; the tee of my daughter during dessert has never been delivered. the best service the whole night was from the droplets. they were fantastic. I love Ruth’s Chris’ steaks, but would hesitate to return.

The manager took us to our table…the waitress and team was amazing and knowledgeable. The entire experience was awesome. Our dinner was well prepared and presented. A beautiful date night evening. That manager was awesome so attentive to each table checking to make sure everything was okay. Loved the service provided at this site

janene and anna were both great. very attentive and prompt. both the filet and the seabass were perfectly cooked. the salat had a bit too much dressing, but that was a little bit. both sides and dessert were also great. great dinner overall -danke!
