All the servers and bartenders there are wonderful and so is management. Saw a previous comment regarding the bathroom situation- the bathroom is manned by the hotel the restaurant is connected to, not the restaurant themselves. Great place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, and all of life’s big and little wins. Highly recommend their happy hour as well. The upset one star reviews are bots making up bad reviews over a place they cant afford or are being sheep minded because a celebrity came in breaking the dress code and decided to rant on social media with false accusations about said establishment. Very bizarre experience yesterday at what was becoming my favorite steakhouse. After this I'm not likely to be back any time soon. We reserved for a large group and as we were assembling by the bar, the manager told us to be quiet... Then at dinner I asked for a bottle of wine from the by-the-glass list, and was about to get overcharged $32 per bottle because the manager insisted to charge me for 4 9oz) glasses $100), instead of 4 6oz) glasses $68), when a bottle of wine is 25oz. Her absurd explanation was that restaurants charge for wine like that, where a bottle costs more than 4 glasses of wine?... so we ordered 9oz pours by the glass instead. Then comes time for the bill and we have both...
We have never been disappointed at Ruth's Chris. The steaks and seafood are cooked to perfection and while some side dishes vary from location, they are delicious. The staff have been professional, courteous and very attentive. While Ruth's Chris may be on the higher end of , we will continue to search them out in our travels and visit them locally.
Food is great. Service was not so good at all very apathetic didn't even seem to care we were there. Ceiling is so very dirty and quite disgusting with water damage, broken tiles, dirt and grime. I don't know what I expected for a restaurant that serves $62 dollar steaks but better than that.

This was my first time visiting and man do I have to say it was one of the best experiences I had. Our waitress Carmin was AMAZING! I will go back and ask for specifically next time. She was very attentive. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend.
Racial profiling! Unfair treatment of guests! Do not go here if you want to be valued! Rude service- waitresses ownership and staff not on the same page. Extremely rude. Stay away from this place!
