Valentine 's day dinner meant there was a full house yet service was good except for handling of steaks as detailed below. We ordered the chilled seafood platter, which comes in 2 sizes. I haven't visited this restaurant in some time, but I felt the need to address my recent experience. First and foremost, I must say that the bartending staff is exceptional. They have engaging personalities and are extremely attentive. Without them, our meal would have been a complete disappointment. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the veal ravioli and stuffed mushrooms, which were both delicious. My 3rd time here, very dissatisfied. I came here 1st about 2 years ago, and food was very good. So we decided to come back 2nd time to cerebrate new year, the food was not that good, but we think it might be because the amount of customer that restaurant needed to handle during new year event. Never fails to satisfy with delicious food and excellent service. Walker was our waiter and he was helpful and friendly and funny : Hubby got an email about Lobsters from Ruthy Chris' mailing list. And misread it ROFL. He thought that Ruth Chris' was doing a Lobster day where there would be a special Lobster menu LOL. I didn't question him and went along for Lobsters! No one at Ruth Chris' knew what he was talking about. If you?re looking for an incredible experience at a steakhouse in this area, come here. The food and cocktails are outstanding!! We (4) came in at 7pm on a Saturday night and were seated immediately even though we didn?t have reservations. They weren?t able to seat us with our friend who is a waitress there so they brought us free cocktails instead. The waiter we did have, Walker, was the cherry on top of everything. He had us laughing all night long and paced our courses perfectly. We spent 3.5 hours here and didn?t feel rushed at all. I have been to Ruth Chris at other locations but this was my first time at this one. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot. I walked in and was greeted. I walked over to the bar area and found my party. Henry was our server and he was great. They had what they called happy hour lol because they took off a couple dollars here and there. I started with the pomegranate martini and that was delicious. My friends ordered different dishes and they really liked their food. The next drink I ordered was the Rocks Rita and I didn 't particularly care for it so I went back to the pomegranate martini. The bill for me was about $25. Us girls had a good time and would definitely return.

I?ve patronize this establishment a few times and I must admit that this particular location did not meet my standards the food just seemed as though it was lackluster however the staff were extremely polite professional and accommodating so this review is not a reflection of them I took my daughter there to celebrate her middle school graduation and it was not all that great we ordered the steak Mac and lobster bake chicken and french fries a virgin Mojito a martini and the Sea bass with mash potatoes and I must admit the best thing that I recall having was the blue cheese olives in my martini

The staff was very friendly The food was decent the only complaints is the lobster bisque is a bit watery! I ordered my steak medium rare and it came out rare/blue which did not send back because I don?t mind rare. They did forgot a couple sides that we ordered but got them right out! A nice steakhouse. We visited several times and enjoyed it every time. The steaks are very good, the rest of the portions are okay. There's a great selection of wine, also by the glass. All in all, highly recommended if you're in the area.
