Ordered $278 worth of food!! Was horrible I live in Houston and don’t ever have this problem with did, steak was not medium well ****** had to cook it right ourselves , the lobster Mac n cheese was horrible.. noodles with lobster they definitely forgot the cheese for sure… the spinach dip was gross. Emailed corporate about it. Haven’t heard back.. really feel like I wasted a bunch of money . I’m guessing to go is not an option for this location because… I ended up having to make something else date night. Also our order was ready . On yesterday I attended a birthday dinner with the 6 of us. Our reservations was for 8:30, we sat down at about 8:45, did not get our dinner til 10, I ordered the Ruth Classic and when my meal was served I was told they were out of garlic mashed potatoes, I then selected sautéed spinach, which was never brought out. I then was told it was packed to go, when the bill came I still ask about the spinach, the waiter then told me the kitchen never made it. I have been going to Ruth Chris since I was 10 and I’m 48, this was my the worst service. Ruth Chris service has gone down along with the food. It’s hard to believe that at a fine dining establishment, the temperature was unbearable! The air conditioning was not working and here I am celebrating my20th anniversary and we had to experience this. The food and service made up for it. But unacceptable! Réservez une table maintenant

Janay was a phenomenal server. She was very attentive, personable, and knowledgeable of the menu. She suggested the barbecue shrimp and the blackberry sidecar and neither disappointed us. We will definitely be back to fine with her again!

Our server Hailee, (like the comet) was the best waitress. She needs a promotion asap. She was friendly, helpful, present, funny and overall amazing. The food was great, but I will come back because of her. Keep being great Hailee!

Jonathan was delightful!! We were celebrating my birthday tonight and the food and service were both impeccable. Jonathan decorated the table and upgraded our dessert for my birthday. Thank you, it was a wonderful night.
