We had a terrific dinner. I was very pleased that they had a record of my seating preference without having to request it. Our server Brittany and her assistant Erickson were excellent. We enjoyed their attentiveness and friendliness. I was also impressed with their timing and flow of service, even the clearing of the table was unobtrusive. I also equally liked the attention provided by the Manager Scott. I especially appreciated his attentiveness with us and how he approached other diners near us with concerns. Our experience at the Waltham Ruth Chris was very favorable, from the time we encountered the hostess to the last bites of our respective dinners. Sea Bass and the NY Strip were prepared well and flavorful. Our servers were attentive, courteous and knowledgeable. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. Will return soon.
Service and ambience was A+ for our anniversary dinner. Crab cakes are a must for apps. Very meaty and seasoned quite wonderfully. We both got the 16oz ribeye (medium rare) on a hot plate which was cooked to perfection. To end the night, we capped it off with the cheesecake and chocolate sin cake.
I was treated so kindly on my birthday. They brought out a very delicious dessert and they decorated the table for me. It was just an overall amazing experience and honestly honestly one of the best birthdays I’ve had. I was very grateful to bring in my new year of being 23 with them.

Steak was soggy and not very hot this visit. Drinks were good. Crab cakes were seemed like they sat in the kitchen for a while. Also not very hot. Disappointing visit this time.
Always a delicious meal at Ruth Chris. We haven't been in a while and were shocked at the prices! It was a special occasion but we cannot afford to do this often.
Great ambiance, great service, utterly amazing quality food, and mixed drinks! I highly recommend it if you're looking to celebrate a special occasion.
