Overall terrible experience. Service was subpar, server would disappear for 20-40 mins, couldn’t even order wine for our food. Next to us was a kid with a loud cellphone playing YouTube/TikTok videos throughout the entire meal. Parents were oblivious, didn’t say one word to their kid about the noise coming from the phone although several looks were cast their way. For a grownup establishment, this was unacceptable and really made for a terrible night! Needless to say, will NOT be going back to this steakhouse ever again. So many other options at this price point.
So yesterday was my daughter’s 13th birthday. Everything was going good. Our waiter was attentive and kind, however when I asked for them to sing happy birthday to my daughter when she received her dessert they didn’t. I’m not sure why this didn’t happen because I saw and heard them singing happy anniversary to the party behind us. The food was amazing, however being that they didn’t sing happy birthday to my 13 year old child we will not be returning to this location.
Mr. Lonny was amazing. He was my waiter for my birthday back in 2021 and again last night, just like he was three years ago. He is a down-to-earth guy and the food is always delicious!
This was our family's first time dining at the restaurant before heading to the city for an event at MSG. The food was exceptional and the service was very attentive.
