Ruth's Chris Steak House Woodland Hills

I've been going to Ruth's Chris for more than 20 years in different Southern California localities. The food is always excellent. While trying to be on time for my last visit, no one bothered to tell me that the Woodland Hills location was preparing a new location, which google maps took us to. Unfortunately, the restaurant was still at the old location. No one bothered to let us know about this, and it resulted in us being late. Simple communication is always appreciated.

Thank you to Josh for being our server to this party of 9. We celebrated two birthdays and he was constantly checking to ask about the cake and even brought candles which I didn't have. Appreciate this above and beyond from the team who helped him as well. Will continue to enjoy celebrations at Ruth Chris

Our server, Zim was awesome. He has such great personality and made our night amazing. This was not my first time having him as a server, he was great and just have such a positive vibe. The cowboy ribeye steak and sweet potato casserole are my ultimate favorites. Never fails. Thank you

Our server Christian was excellent unfortunately the chef let him down. We ordered a filet cooked medium and it came out medium well done. We sent it back and the replacement filet was cooked rare. Totally unacceptable from this restaurant chain. Réservez une table maintenant

This place was amazing. I genuinely never knew what it was like to taste a really good steak. But after going here I will never look at anyone else’s steak the same lmao.

Service, waiter, busboy and management came over several times to inquire how things were going and how we were enjoying our meal.
