Ruth's Chris Steak House - Woodland Hills

The steaks are always superb at Ruth's Chris. Every steak and all of the sides we ordered were delicious. The salads are yummy and 1 salad can definitely be shared by two people. This time, I let the restaurant know in advance that I was bringing my 97 year old mother with my group and celebrating her grandson's birthday. I specifically requested a quiet part of the restaurant (although on a Saturday night I was not expecting the restaurant to be able to fulfill the request). To my surprise and our delight we were seating in a small private room which was absolutely perfect. My mom could hear her grandchildren and enjoy dinner as much as all of us did.

We had a very bad experience the first time I visited this restaurant. I reported howuncomfortable it had been. The food took over an hour to come and the night was not acceptable for this type of restaurant. The manager Brad called me and apologized for the poor service we received and the very long wait time for the food. We waited a few months and decided to try again. This time was a great improvement. The service was outstanding, the food came in the right amount of time and it was an enjoyable experience. We will dine there again.

Zim our server was very attentive to all of our needs. He had also recommended a wine to go with our steak and lobster meals. The only criticism I can give as far as the food is concerned. The crabcakes according to my wife had a fishy taste to it. Otherwise we love the new ambience at the new location in Woodland Hills. Our anniversary celebrationwas complete as we left with a full belly.

We went to dine here many years back and we didn’t like it so we never went back. It was our 41st wedding anniversary I wanted to eat a good steak, we gave this restaurant another try and this time we were impressed, everything was impeccable definitely we will be going back. Quality has gone down significantly since we were last there in 2023. Meat just wasn’t seasoned as good as it used to be, first couple bites would melt in your mouth. This was meh. Loved the service but that won’t keep me coming back. Sad…another one bites the dust.

Another wonderful dinner with outstanding service. Celebrated our anniversary and they made us feel extra special with complimentary champagne to start, confetti on the table and a delicious cheesecake to top it off. Our server Amanda was awesome.

Amanda, our friend who took our order, is a remarkable person. Please Ruth… give her a raise!! She just made everything awesome by suggesting the wine to bringing a special anniversary treat.

I had the sea bass over spinach with a garlic crust, it was very good! We had the cheeseburger and fries on the happy hour menu, very good as well! Réservez une table maintenant

Dinner was wonderful. Jared, our waiter was superb. We enjoyed every bite of our food.
