I apos;ve eaten at Ryoshin numerous times over the past 4 years both as takeout and dine in and have never been disappointed by their food. It is not cheap, but that comes with the category of sushi should be expected. Everything they make is outstanding quality from the nigiri to the rolls and there isn apos;t a single sushi place within a 50 mile radius that holds a candle to them. Fish quality is top tier and the oshizushi are especially phenomenal. I never write food reviews but I saw that this place had received a 2 star review and I couldn apos;t let that bring down it apos;s average rating. The thought that someone might read an ignorant review and be convinced not to try this food is...
Look no further for fresh, authentic and mouth watering sushi! They carry several different selection of fresh fish from Japan. All very carefully selected and served. The nigiris I tried were on par with those served in Michelin star restaurants. Don?t pay attention to bad reviews that say the portions are small, this is how authentic sushi (nigiri and sashimi should be. You are not supposed to eat a big chunk of rice with mediocre quality fish on top as they serve in ordinary sushi joints. It is the quality of the fish, not the size of the rice : In fact, smaller the rice, the better. This place definitely deserves 5 stars for the quality of the food and the service.
Great local sushi place. The interior is intimate and the wait staff is friendly and efficient. There is a good selection of sushi and there are daily specials as well. There is a restroom but need to go outside to access it. The sushi tacos are good as well as the unagi don and unagi nigiri. This place should have 5.5 stars. The best sushi I ever had. Put your hands down. You know high-quality fish. Melt in your mouth. The fish holds its own without sauce and when it is shed with sauce, the sauce supplements it instead of exaggerating it. The wooden press rolls? Oh, my God. These are a rare find and they do RECHT. Do not hesitate to order sushi from Ryoshin. It is expensive you cannot get around that. But what you get in return is QUALITY. Their fish is outstanding, they have great variety, and its absolutely delicious. For us, we save it for special occasions and you will never be disappointed with their food just level set your price expectations in advance!
