The woman at the counter was friendly and tried to be helpful. The woman who made my roll looked resentful at having to change her gloves and put a plastic container of soy sauce in with my roll. (She also rolled it with the same bamboo mat she rolls everything with) Luckily, I was able to extract the soy sauce container and throw it away before it leaked on my food. It’s nice to have anything to eat in this terminal, but I think they might need to brief the staff on handling allergens...
Freshly prepare sushi it was just what I was looking for. They paper menu is clearly marked which items can be prepared gluten free. If you do get sushi just a warning the they do not have GF soy sauce. I had the Vancouver Roll and the Creole Tuna Roll. Both tasted great and I did not get sick.
