A funky little place with both indoor and outdoor seating (great for people watching). The menu changes regularly so there are always new options to try. The food is always fresh and deliciously prepared. The proprietors are great people and the service is always friendly. You are not waited on, but rather pick out/order your food and drinks yourself which has the advantage of getting your food quicker. During the lunch hour, it gets quite busy and the tables fill up fast.My wife, who is a Web Designer, often meets with her clients here and has become a regular.

great, rocky lunch place. tomatensuppe was fantastic. very little sitting but German does not seem to share tables with strangers, which makes fun. cashier spoke great English and could share some favorite dishes on the menu.

in the s salon you get various suppen, nudelgerichte, salate and (especially recommended) imiserschmarren with apfelmus. it is a self-service restaurant with a nice atmosphere and outdoor area.
