My family and I had lunch for a total cost of 100 euros, it was very nice with attentive and friendly service. When I used my credit card to attempt payment, five times with Four different cards and was told the charges were declined, I was very surprised. I checked one card in my online account and the charges were received and being processed. When I noted this to the waiter, he indicated that was actually incorrect and that I needed to pay. This resulted in a short and offensive discussion with a manager who simply stated that I needed to pay a different way and walked away from me while I was talking. This place is in the perfect location, a beautiful building and so much promise. Sadly an off season visit was filled with disappointment. There is very little in the way of traditional mallorquín food here and more like a lazy attempt at Spanish food through a German lense. This may be what you’re looking for if you are looking for an over priced menu, indifferent wait staff and cheaply sourced food. All presented on a menu that while easy to read, does look like it’s printed directly from excel. This could however be improved simply by working on the ingredients served, thoughtful presentation and re training of the staff. Visited on Saturday Night to eat out. Only German Guests, German speaking servants, no local spirit. Prices beyond imagination, 5,50 € for a small beer, 7,00 € for an apple cider. Tiny portions, left hungry. Total rip-off, better eat at home.
