As every year, we once again visited the Sa Clastra during our stay in Mallorca. It is truly remarkable to see and taste how the quality of the food, the creativity of the menu, and the attentiveness of the service are consistently maintained at the highest level. The current “Winds of Mallorca” menu is exceptionally well-conceived and wonderfully flavorful. Many thanks to the entire Sa Clastra team for making every visit such a pleasure.
