Great location near the bus line, close to corporate offices and city and state buildings. The staff is fantastic—courteous, fast, and attentive! The dining area and kitchen are clean. They offer delicious healthy options at affordable prices. I highly recommend Saati! They open early and close by 3 PM, making it a perfect change for your breakfast routine or a light lunch. We had Saati provide catering for our cruise on the Dutch Apple, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The food arrived on time and without any problems, and it was incredibly tasty. They were also very accommodating when it came to food allergies, offering options suitable for gluten and dairy restrictions, as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will definitely order from them again in the future!
I can't believe I haven't reviewed Saati before, considering it's one of my favorite lunch spots in Albany. They serve delicious salads and fantastic soups—especially the split pea, which is always on the menu. If you can spare 5 to 10 minutes, their hot sandwiches and meals are superb. Overall, it’s a convenient place with excellent food and service.
I had lunch at this restaurant, and it was simply delightful! I ordered the chicken club, and even though I'm not usually a fan of coleslaw unless it's made with pineapple, the dressing they used was incredible. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks for accepting my local flavor coupon!

Have several locations a great go to spot for breakfast lunch and dinner soups and sandwiches everything is always fresh...Also just added a few items to the menu and remodeled the Broadway location stop in everything is still always fresh
I dropped in for a quick lunch and ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was pretty tasty. The only downside was that the chicken was a bit dry. The service was efficient and prompt.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is exceptional! I highly recommend trying their breakfast sandwiches, which are served until 11 or 11:30, just so you're aware.
The kitchen staff were rude! I placed an order, and the man in the back was speaking negatively about how I like my food.
