Sababa Mediterranean Grill

I love Mediterranean food and this place is quite close to my home. Last week I decide to give it a try. I had gyro on pita bread and rice plate. The taste is not at all authentic, at least I didn't got it !! Although the taste was average but service is really good. Would like to mention that the portions are very small compared to the price.  Overall, I would probably like to try other joints rather than going back here. instagram.com

This place offers a needed break from the traditional PQRS set up restaurants. The style is build your own Greek bowl full of lettuce, rice, pita, with your choice of protein and veggies/sauces. I highly recommend the chicken schwarma, and you can really elevate the whole dish by mixing a cooler tahini sauce with the house hot sauce. With the bowls priced around 8.50 each, it is a steal, as the portions are x2 large!

Everything was SO tasty and fresh! The grape leaves were the best Ive ever had anywhere and had excellent presentation. I ordered extra chicken on my salad bowl and it was a good amount more! The rice bowl (called house rice) was also very scrumptious. Will definitely be ordering again!!

Majadara (Lentils Rice) was awesome, Ingredients super fresh, will definitely be ordering again. The Mezze Plate App was just ok, not the best hummus or baba ganoush I've ever had, tzatziki wasn't too shabby though. Will order from here again for a healthy meal. Réservez une table maintenant

The Pita Bread had wayyy too much sauce. I wish there was an option for only tzatziki sauce but it requires you choose another sauce too. Fresh Cut Fries Small were delicious and I put the extra sauce on those so all in all it was pretty good!
