This new gastrobar, located a few steps from the huelva river has been a discovery. the place is small, very cozy, with a simple but very good decor of drop. his chef, alvaro, has been a disciple of berrasategui, something that is noted in the so culinary creations and in the originality of the presentations the letter is not too extensive, but well selected. is a restaurant to eat something different like the Chinese bread of choco ink, trucha oats, wakame algae and chili pepper; bait foie bounced in almond, with raspberry and casserole handle accompanied by toast and maria biscuits; boodletus red trud with verdant clamp a place to repeat a warning: it is practically impossible to eat
