Guy is awesome knows everyone, hot dogs are phenomenal, wild game sausages are perfect I’ve had all that meat before and if you mess it up it’s gamey but these guys cook it perfectly no games taste just great flavor. That’s not all, try the wild boar chili, doesn’t sound like it can stand on its own but so far best thing on that menu, flavor hits you and then the spice comes in nicely and doesn’t overwhelm the flavor. The pulled pork amazing! I’m gonna go back and try everything eventually, this place is gonna be a regular. It’s a staple of good innovative food and needs to be tried!
Not a big hotdog person, but the hotdogs are super fresh, owner recommend the Chicago dog and it was very good, taste of sweet and spicy. Saw the s’mores dog and tried it for fun it was surprisingly a good combo. Haha anyways if you’re looking for quick food would definitely recommend:
Went here because of the wild game sausages. Tried the rattlesnake and was NOT disappointed! Absolutely delicious. Fresh, hot, and juicy. Had a side of the spicy wild boar chili and was sent to heaven. I will absolutely come back and try the others! Réservez une table maintenant
