OK,....so its Wednesday night and looking forward to a great curry from Sabza in Garstang . I say great because that what its been in the past. We have recommended them many times for takeaway and we have eaten in the restaurant but, just like many restaurants never stay consistent. Our chicken tikka was bright red that looked like artificial colouring and had no flavour whatsoever which means it had not been marinated. Our lamb balti was like a waterey lamb casserole, again no flavour at all. The spinach and potato was bland, again no flavour at all. Food was okay but the cheese garlic naan bread was small, dry and tasteless, hardly any cheese. It was extremely thin. Definitely over priced for a curry on its own for the standard. I understand the no serving alcohol and that you can bring your own drinks although every 5 minuets customers were nipping to the shop for a bottle of wine. Slightly strange atmosphere. Staff friendly. At our usual Indian restaurant we pay around £42 including a beer for the same food here we paid about £51. Would never go back. Wouldn’t mind paying these prices if the food was to the standard. I know they will probably say inflation

Ate in for a birthday and ordered delivery a few times, always lovely food inside staff are always really welcoming.
