The cashier was not attentive to my order and seemed more focused on her phone. I had to repeat my order five times, yet she charged me for an item I didn't even order. Her behavior was rude and disrespectful. When I tried to communicate, she claimed not to understand either Bengali or English, which left me confused about what language she does comprehend.
I recently ordered Kachhi Biryani for six people, and I have to say that it was quite disappointing. The biryanis were not at all good, especially considering I paid $16 per plate. I would recommend avoiding their biryani and opting for other items like plain rice or Murg Pulao instead. Clearly, they don't have a good handle on making biryani.
The restaurant management is change. Charging extra if you not check . Please check before you pay . Two times I asked salad and raita, when open the bad it was not there . Food quality go down. The food is not same as use to be two year before. Looks like chefs are gone . Very very disappointed. Never go again.
Poor service. The cashier lady with the hijab has really nasty attitude. She went inside for 15 minutes while customers were standing outside to order. I ordered sweet, she was putting sweets of her choice even though I told her I didn't want those.. unclean environment. But the food is Réservez une table maintenant
Loud and annoying, food was horrible with no taste to it! To top it off they asked us if we need to order anything else because they were going to close the kitchen in 20 minutes and 10 minutes later-a ton of people show up but their kitchen was still open!! Never going back again!!!

The food here is excellent and consistently good, with a wide variety of options. There's usually a long line, but that's a testament to how heavenly the food is!
