We are regular customers here. We just had a late lunch here today. However, our experience today was the worst we 've ever had. Our server had an inexplicably strange attitude. We waited for more than ten minutes to get two cups of water from the beverage machine right behind us. After a long wait, when my husband asked for water again, the server said, "Okay, it’s on the way!” but then made us wait for an additional 5 minutes. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food, and the other tables that arrived after us were served water promptly, and their food came out first. The server never refilled our water once and did not attend to us. She displayed an attitude that seemed like she was try...

Everyone is happy. Because the service is prompt and polished, the place smells comfy, and the food is plentiful and totally worth the price. We recently popped in this last week, Oct '23. Only gets better! Soup is incredible! I cannot do Justice to the awesome service. Features: Incredibly clean. Plenty of social distancing. I came to this restaurant for the first time to try pho. I ordered a P2 (Pho with thinly sliced beef), A2 (Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce), and Milk tea. The peanut sauce was AMAZING, as well as the spring rolls. However, the milk tea gave me a stomach ache. The pho was pretty good, but not really my preference. I would recommend it for a sick day though, even though I'm not a big soup person. The service was also AMAZING! The staff were extremely nice and patient, and the environment was clean with nice artwork on the walls.

When we are visiting Birmingham With my mom, who is Vietnamese, she prefers to have Asian food. Now that?s typically not an easy resource to find. Mom has dementia and is your worse food critic and has ? no filter??lol It was a wonderful surprise to see her enjoying her spicy lemongrass chicken dish. The service was great and the food was authentic. Thank you Saigon noodle house for bringing a little bit of ?home? to my moms day. Obviously ????, we will be back.
The service was quick and friendly. Our server was patient and kind as we ordered for our family of 8. The restaurant was clean and we were grateful for the kids' menu with appropriate portions and prices. The food was delicious and authentic to Asian flavors. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Terrific food! Always great quality and freshness. Perfectly cooked tofu. I highly recommend B4-6 with curry or lemongrass and the tofu spring rolls.
