Saigon Tapioca Vietnamese Pho In Colorado Spr

I am so impressed with this place! My hus band and I just moved to Colorado Springs from Arizona, and I've been looking for a great Pho spot! All of the staff was so welcoming and kind. The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the S1 Pho, vegetarian spring rolls, and a coconut Boba milk tea. I will most certainly be back!

Love this spot. Consistently quick, attentive service. Low-profile joint with a no-frills atmosphere. I couldnt care less about that cause the food is fire. Pho, vermicelli, banh mi, all consistently good. Not too sweet, with a great blend of spices. A regular spot for sure!

I get takeout from here frequently. The girl who's often working the pickup window is always very nice. I typically get the rice combo plate or bahn mi. Both are great, but I haven't had anything here I didn't like. Also, you can fill your boba craving at the same time :

Best Pho in town and Boba tea. Very friendly staff who remembers us when we come in. Definitely recommend 10/10 for anyone who loves good pho and Vietnamese food.

i’ve been coming here for a few years and i love it! always will recommend. i usually get the rare beef and brisket pho and a tiger milk tea boba . 10/10

Bún thịt nướng was so bad. The noodles tasted horrible, meat was hard, and it wasn’t yummy at all. I’ve had better bún thịt nướng in the past.

Best stir fry combination with noodles we have ever had. Pho is delicious and Vietnamese egg rolls. A little pricey. But it is so good.
