Un petit restaurant près du marché et donc de son parking. Une salle simplement décorée, c'est-à-dire sans l'excès habituel des restaurants asiatiques dans lesquels officient le patron et le serveur. J'ai choisi un rouleau de printemps et mon convive une omelette. Le rouleau était d'une excellente facture tout comme l'omelette cuite à la vietnamienne... Suivi du porc sauté avec des nouilles croustillantes et du porc caramélisé qui n'ont rien à envier à ce qui peut être cuisiné au Vietnam. En dessert, des beignets de pommes légèrement... Avec deux thés, l'addition s'élève à moins de 30 euros.

the saigon is lost in the middle of the Paris suburb. Jean stone at the service is charming. His wife's in the kitchen. The menu remains with typical dishes that have kept their taste. The fondue is excellent and is worth the detour as well as all other dishes with gluant rice. The gluant rice is cooked with a good taste of coconut.The old saigon makes it possible to change without losing to betting.
