Sainsbury's Cafe - Réservation de table

I was too late to get the all day breakfast so I had what they call a bigger breakfast on their main menu. I had been before and had a bad experience but thought I would give them a second chance. ok where to start? Bacon ok, Hash browns ok. Now it gets worse, Half a tomato (if that much) squashed, mushroom wet and droopy...greasy. Two sausages burnt to a crisp. One of the two eggs had runny white. baked beans, thick and stuck together as if they had been cooked several times. One of the pieces of toast had a huge bit missing from it. After a long journey to St Leonards where we were having our holiday we decided to pop into Sainsburys for breakfast, whilst we waited for our accommodation to be ready at nearby Oakdene holiday park. Great service at Sainsburys restaurant, nice sized portions of fresh, hot food (We all 4 of my family went for the full English! and nice freshly made coffee was served as well. Very reasonably priced and all-inall well worth the money. The tables were nice and clean and it was quite a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy in after a long and torturous journey involving the M25!

Normally the food is ok but it was very poor today, staff must have known how bad it was as they usually ask if the meal was ok, not today The Salmon was over cooked and dry and the new potatoes were nuked and shrivelled up to nothing as you can see in the pictures, the salad was ok but not much of a meal by itself. Somebody in the kitchen put shrivelled up potatoes on a plate of food, come on Sainsburys this is poor!

We had breakfast here after being let down over the road at the Smugglers Haunt. Sainsburys breakfast was ok, well priced, seemed to be freshly cooked, was served hot by friendly staff. Overall, I recommend it. Réservez une table maintenant

Typical cafe within a supermarket. Most staff are very pleasant and helpful. Cooking is a bit variable, but edible. No complaints and reasonably priced. Good way to end a shopping session.

Lovely breakfast with just the right size portions. Not fatty, very enjoyable; would recommend a visit. Tea is served in a teapot which gives 2 3 cups of tea a must with breakfast

First visit and probably last. Staff unfriendly food expensive for what we got) and food temperature left a lot to be desired Can we recommend, based on this experience sadly NO.

We either have hot drinks or breakfast here on a regular basis and the service is great and it is reasonably priced along with Nector points for all items purchased. Réservez une table maintenant

Food isn’t that bad for the price of it so what do you expect. Coffee is not good but little children boxes are great for the little one as they’d eaten it all up!

It does what it says on the tin. Decent coffee and good bites. Always clean and cheaper than any pub for that filler snack they are more than worth it.
