Any restoration. I ordered a sirloin, blue cooking. The meat is tender but without any taste, cooked to perfection, fries saturated with oil and not cooked, dried out green beans. We had a very pleasant time. I like these restaurants where you come out satisfied without breaking your PEL. The homemade rabbit terrine is very good.
