Recently went here for Easter brunch. They have a nice environment inside and a large outdoor seating area. They had live entertainment, an electronic violinist, playing inside who seemed very interesting and entertaining when I visited the restroom. I would recommend adding a method for the outside guests to hear the music being played, considering it 's such a large outdoor seating area... almost as large as the inside.As far as my food... it was alright. I ordered the short rib that was paired with potatoes au gratin in a cheese sauce. The portion seemed small for $25 and it had no seasoning whatsoever. We had to ask for salt and pepper to jazz it up. I also opted for dessert and ordered...
We ordered the braised short rib au Gratin, pancakes, biscuits, and the short rib eggs. The short rib was tender and flaky, the biscuits were incredibly buttery, and the gouda eggs were fluffy and creamy (not runny, if that makes sense!). While we enjoyed our meal, I heard some lovely electric violin music playing R&B, pop, and hip hop, initially thinking it was a streamed playlist. To my surprise, it was a live musician who was incredibly entertaining and talented.
Overall, Saints Council is definitely a winner, and I can't wait to go back. Next time, I’ll choose a spot on the patio. The indoor atmosphere was warm and inviting, but it’s outdoor season, and I’m really looking forward to it!
**Food**: We ordered the arancini, tomato bisque, classic French dip, and a crispy chicken sandwich, along with cookies and cream dessert and a hot chocolate. Everything was tasty, but the French dip and arancini were definitely our favorites!
**Atmosphere**: The restaurant was easy to find and pleasantly uncrowded during lunchtime, making for a serene dining experience. The outdoor seating area with the fire pit was particularly charming.
**Service**: Although I didn't catch her name, the manager was fantastic. She was consistently assisting our server and helping out others from the moment we arrived. Our server provided good service as well.
I celebrated my birthday brunch at this restaurant and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was lovely, the live music featuring a violinist added a nice touch, and the service was outstanding. Plus, it was more affordable per person than other places I looked at, while still being just as elegant. The food was incredible! I highly recommend visiting, no matter the time of day—both the food and service are consistently excellent.

The food and ambiance were excellent. We loved the pork belly appetizer and the greens that came with it were phenomenal. The skirt steak was terrific and well presented. My son had the kid's favorite chicken tenders and they were solid.
Great atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff, and a great menu. Sticky pork shank was off the chain and definitely shareable. SO GOOD!
Hands down great experience, short ribs and pork chop were phenomenal. Service was top notch and wine selection was also extensive.
The food always tastes amazing, the cocktails are delish and their BANANA BREAD PUDDING is chef's kiss! The best you can get.
