Very tasty food. Small restaurant and quick service. Expensive for such a simple restaurant, but probably reasonable for the location/area. Price doesn't matter because the food is so good.We have been to fancy sushi restaurants in Texas. Great atmosphere and high prices. But the food quality or quantity are not comparable to Sakana.We recommend this restaurant very highly. We will definitely go again when we are in that area.Vegetarian options: We got two vegetarian rolls and they both were quite tasty.

Absolutely delicious food and the Alaska Poke bowl, as you can see, is huge! I can eat a lot and was surprised by how full I was off the one entree. The presentation for all the food was also excellent! I hope this place eventually gets the big location it deserves!

Wow! We were thoroughly impressed by the food at this restaurant. The rice was purple and full of flavor, which provided a delightful surprise for the sushi rolls. It's a charming little place with outdoor seating. I'm really glad I decided to visit!

Edit 07/2023: I've added a photo of the sake I enjoyed today. It's a shame that people miss out because they don't know how to choose the right sake to pair with the incredible sushi.

Amazing! Best sushi I have had in years. The cherry blossom roll is to die for. I also really liked the veg roll with cucumber, avocado, and asparagus.
