Sakana Sushi Bar Japanese Cuisine Restaurant

Our favorite little place. The service is always so fast. We get in and out in no time. I love the lunch weekday specials they run. The Playboy roll is on point. I also really like the side salad with ginger dressing. And just a side of white rice with their teriyaki sauce. All of the appetizers we’ve had have been good like the citrus aioli prawns and calamari.

Delicious sushi rolls and mochi ice cream!!! Our waitress even gave us a fruit cup to bring home with us for our baby but we forgot it there when we left it was such a a sweet gesture and I'm crushed that we just left it there. Seriously 10/10 we will definitely come back when we visit West Valley again

This is our favourite sushi place. They are hands down a gourmet restaurant. It's so amazing! The sushi recipes are so fresh, and delicious. They also have great dishes off the sushi menu, if you don't like fish. The teriyaki dishes are absolutely perfect.

1 person was brought their meal and then we waited 1 hour for rolls to arrive for other person in the party it was a ridiculous wait they came and told us it would be a few more min and it was at least another 30 min. And the rolls were at best okay Réservez une table maintenant

It was a busy night. We had to wait about 35 minutes for a table. Once seated, we were quickly served and our order was delivered faster than expected. Everything we ordered was delicious.

You changed your style of calamari, and the batter you fry it in, it was smaller pieces and tuff and salty to boot, why did you change, you had the best ever

Miriam was my waitress, she is very helpful and nice, she deserve a rise, we came to visit my family to Utah from Nevada and definitely we come back.
