had an incredible experience here. the personal was very attentive. they need to advise the personal they are gluten-free, as the article brand gf does not mean that they are naturally gluten-free, but they can be prepared on request gf. I felt very certain to eat here, who understood workers what was zöliakie, and marked this on our table. Whenever eating came out, they were more than happy to confirm that it was in fact gluten-free. this is a breathtaking place where they can sit inside or outside and watch the sea roll over an evening meal of delicious fishing.
I had an amazing time at this restaurant. The staff were very attentive. I felt very comfortable dining here as the staff were knowledgeable about coeliac disease and made a note on our table. They were also happy to confirm that my food was gluten free when it was served. The venue is beautiful, with the option to sit inside or outside and enjoy a meal of delicious fish while watching the sea.
It was a lovely surprise to see how different Sake Manly was to that of Sake in the Rocks area. It wasn’t easy to find, however the view was well worth it. I felt the serves were too small but the food was good. The best dish was the roast chicken and the rice however the servings were tiny. The big surprise was the Opawa Sauvignon Blanc which was sublime. My friends enjoyed the lunch tremendously and thought the venue was lovely. Thank you Sake!
I have been to Sake in the Rocks several times and it is always great. Manly has a very different atmosphere but the food is just as good. We had the banquet which was a lot of food. I can recommend the Lychie Martini. Very busy and noisy on a Friday night but we had a great time and the service was very good. On the expensive side at $175 a head for 3 people. I would recommend for a special occasion.

The menu provided clear distinctions between gluten-free options that were safe for celiacs and those with a higher risk of cross contamination. This eased my mind, even though the kitchen wasn't completely gluten-free. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful and attentive.
