I’d like to start by saying that the food was good. The hibachi chef was great and made the dinner fun.What was really disappointing was the service on arrival and during the dinner.We had a 6pm reservation. We arrived at 5:55pm and made the team aware of our reservation. They advised that they were just setting things up and would be with us. 15 minutes passed and no further update.Finally, 6:20pm and we were seated. Our drinks order was taken not long after we were seated. This is great! However, the drinks didn’t get to us until 6:40pm.After this, our first part of the dinner was not provided to us until 7:20pm. At this point we were low on our first drinks. We had to find a waiter/waitre...

But what truly sets Sakimura apart are their flaming scorpion bowls – they are a must-try! The ambiance is perfect for a romantic date night, with dim lighting and a cozy atmosphere. Sakimura is my family’s favorite place for hibachi! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting! The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is so flavorful and presented very nicely. We eat here often. It’s even great for a quick lunch. The sweet potato roll is 10 out of 10!
