Saku Sushi is such a culinary festival and a welcome addition to the restaurant choices in the Carson Valley. The dishes, fish and sides are always fresh and tasty. The only time I eat is when we visit a coastal sushi restaurant. You also have an amazing rib for not sushi diners. Make sure to get the roasted garlic and crispy onions on top. If you have a sweet tooth or glacial addiction, try the tempura fried banana with ice cream and chocolate sauce. I'm not a sweet tooth, but this dessert is off the hook! There are times you may have to wait, but come, be a little patient when you eat. Great food is worth waiting.

. The place overall is pretty good. Lee makes the place what it is. Service is only good at the sushi bar.
