This was my first visit to this location, but I’ve been to all their other sites, love them, and have never had any issues before. I requested only broccoli as my vegetable, and they informed me that it would cost extra because it takes the chef more time. It's completely absurd that they charge customers extra to avoid the included vegetables like onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. I wasn’t asking for more broccoli, just that broccoli alone. This policy is unique to this location, as I have not encountered it at any of their other restaurants. When I approached the manager for a business card to reach out to corporate, they told me to go online instead! I will not be returning to this Sakura...
Overall, not too crazy about this location. You’d be better off finding a local hibachi restaurant… Keep in mind 18% gratuity is automatic on EVERY check, no exceptions.Service was horrible, granted it was a bit busy but I could never find my waitress when I was looking for her. Food was mediocre didn’t really taste “homemade” like it should when you go out for hibachi. The chef was overall not all that enthused about cooking and was constantly looking for the waitress. Although he did cook really well/skillfully. Just unfortunately the food wasn’t all that great tasting.. Sakura's is not what it used to be. As soon as you walk in, there’s an unpleasant smell, and the table we were seated at was sticky. Even the menu was sticky. The chef who prepared our food was quite unfriendly and lacked any sense of hospitality. I requested my steak to be medium rare, but it was overcooked, along with the shrimp. They also messed up my girlfriend's order and her takeout as well. I'm surprised this place has four stars because, in my opinion, it definitely doesn't deserve that rating.
The manager was very accomodating. Whoa! Garlic butter makes the food taste better the next day. Since the pandemic they nickel and dime you on erything. Good to see what's going in the food. What happened to the show? No wow creativity anymore !!!!!

The food was good, a little too salty for my taste the day I was there they no longer offered noodles. Aside from that everything was great! Really good food fun and my kids enjoyed everything.
