I went there for a special occasion with 5 of my friends, I have visited before and have had good experiences but this time they were completely incompetent. We arrived and waited roughly 30 minutes to get water and another 20 minutes to place our order.The chef 's performance was subpar with any hibachi place tricks are not essential but are welcomed and we got incessant bangingof a fork on a table and some engrossing and nothing more. The food was prepared okay, but the bean sprouts spoiled the dish asthey were tasteless and bland and still had the aroma of grass. The standout feature of this restaurant seems to be the Teppanyaki, which I didn’t try, so I can’t comment on that. I visited with a friend, and we ordered just two dishes. Given the prices, I found this a bit inconvenient. Since I was unfamiliar with the area, I checked nearby restaurants’ prices, but I still feel the cost doesn’t quite match the food quality.
One issue I didn’t like is that the suggested tip starts at 20% instead of the typical 15%. This definitely made me less willing to leave a generous tip. Our server visited our table four times—to take our order, serve the food, clear the plates, and present the bill. Considering each dish was at least $25, this felt excessive.

Me and my friends went to this place to try it. Up until that point it was my first experience and I was excited to try it, however little did I know what I was in for. The wait time itself was like 30 mins to get water. After the food we ate we gotthe bill for it which was $305 and We paid the bill and give the tip, however moments later one of the workers came to us andsaid the tip wasn't enough and this to me was terrible service and very unprofessional on their end. They came back over andover and eventually and stared down us which was more unprofessional and that cause us to leave feeling very unsatisfying anduneasy. Pros: Great atmosphere with beautiful architecture. The food is fantastic, and the chef wears a cool hat and tells funny jokes. The sushi is delicious, and the teriyaki is excellent. Went there with my boyfriend and really enjoyed it. Cons: It can get quite busy, and some tables may be overlooked. Overall: I would definitely visit again!
For a steakhouse, the sushi here was exceptional, and the service matched that quality. The staff were welcoming and friendly. If you're craving a martini, I highly suggest ordering the Gerry!
