Sakura Sushi & Grill

We had three bento boxes which were ok. The teriyaki was pretty terrible though. Not really chicken, not stir fried and no veggies. We ordered the gluten free chicken donburi and avocado cucumber roll. The sushi didn’t even have nori, nor was it stated anywhere on the menu that is was made with soy paper. The donburi wasn’t warm, had no flavour and contained the same not real chicken and one piece of soggy cold steamed broccoli and a piece of a carrot. I left very hungry and underwhelmed. They did give us 15%off the gluten free donburi but considering I didn’t eat, it wasn’t enough.

Very pleasantly surprised at the quality of service and food. This place is a real gem for this city! We were seated right away without a reservation. The restaurant looks really nice and the servers were so friendly and helpful. The food all tasted great but my only complaint was that the dynamite roll had way too much crab, which is probably a good bad thing. The prices here are amazing, I was shocked at how reasonable the prices were for the quality and tastiness. The food all came out quickly and we really enjoyed our meal. I will come back next time I'm in Cranbrook.

Sakura is a little restaurant in the heart of downtown Cranbrook , Last nights experience was 10 out of 10. The servers were awesome even though it was packed they found us a table the whole experience was amazing. I definitely recommend the Sakura ceaser perfect for when your not driving

Not bad okay joint in sunny Cranbrook, nowhere near the quality you find in other BC towns and cities. Sushi was half decent but kinda bland, review saved by the pleasant server and no waiting around for a table. Bit cosy in there and by cosy I mean small and cramped. Réservez une table maintenant

Soooooo yummy!! Very reasonably priced. Fast and friendly service. We had the love boat and an appie. We both have quite an appetite and we left stuffed haha. Plus, drink prices also extremely fair. We will be back on our next visit ?

This is a favourite date night stop when I'm in Cranbrook. We keep it fairly simple miso soup, prawn and sweet potato tempura, vegetable gyoza and a couple of sushi rolls. Excellent service, as usual.

This is the best sushi in Cranbrook. We had the sashimi bento box. Every bite was delicious, and the amount of food for the price was great. Please don't change anything! We will definitely be back.

Always consistent! The best sushi I’ve ever had! Quality and fresheners! I’m the most picky person I know! No other town compares! I’ve tried many other towns and nope! Not even close! Réservez une table maintenant

The food and service were great. Just wished we would get a larger serving for the price you pay for the food. Otherwise, we will be back.

We eat in and have ordered out as well. Boats are amazing and the ahi tuna is top notch! Service is usually good as well.
