Sakura Teppanyaki - Réservation de table

we went on a Saturday night and only a handful of people - so I guess this was the first warning sign. The chef seemed to be flat out but food was so slow coming we even thought of leaving. There was great flamboyance (catching raw eggs in your bowl, or even catching your bowl of rice) however, this did nothing for the food when it eventually came - just serve of one tiny round of zucchini then one small mushroom, then one small onion ring ... all served separately without the meat or fish or rice which came much much later. Everything was pretty much tasteless and being winter, the place was really cold, so uncomfortable all round. Our wine came in an ice bucket full of water which dripped...

I love my Japanese food, but this place takes great food and adds an excellent atmosphere and all round experience. The chef gives you the choice whether you want him to entertain you with jokes and stories, or whether you want to just be left to talk amongst yourselves. The food is hot and tasty (quite salty) but very generous overall if you get the set banquet menus. A highly recommended venue for a special dinner.

I dined here with my girlfriend recently. Having eaten in a lot of Teppanyaki restaurant, I do have a high expectation. The food was ok, not spectacular, but not poor either. The order the food was served could have been better. However the chef and the staff were excellent and provided great service.

Good fun night out. The chefs are lovely and the food is great. The restaurant could do with a bit of re-decorating but that aside everything was great. Nothing beats having your food thrown at you! Have been back since and will definitely go again. Réservez une table maintenant

Sakura Teppanyaki is not your typical teppanyaki. You can opt for a fun filled dinner session of jokes and culinary cooking delights. Play catch with your food~! A great night out~! Love the Salmon and love the Pancake for dessert at the time~!

had a great night for a friends birthday! prepare to have food thrown on you a bit... some eggs and pancakes.. you have to catch your dessert!! love it!! Our chef was soo funny!! Reasonably prices, great food and drinks and great setting

Food is very tasty, can be cheap or expensive so it tis best to go in pairs and select from the 2people menu rather than buying separate dishes. Very small restaurant so make sure you book.

We went as a group of nine several had never eaten Japanese cuisine and vowed never to again after eating here. The food was just awful and very disappointing Réservez une table maintenant

Great food and fun attentive staff. Really enjoyed the vibe too :) The seafood was lovely and the prawn cracker was surprisingly delicious!

We really enjoy our meal and the show that comes with it. Worth visiting and we will be back again for a family meal.
