Worst (non existent) service ever!!! I walked in with my family at 7pm and see 5 girls (I'm fairly certain they were all staff as they were wearing uniform and aprons) singing happy birthday and cutting a cake. There were no signs saying they were closed, but everything was unattended. I asked the group if they were closed but one of them (a staff member) dismissed me and simply said "twenty minutes". 20 minutes later, after the girls had finished eating the cake and taking photos, they reopened the half-closed shutters on one side of shop. I love their waffles. They are on the small side - not the typical sized waffles you might be used to. However it is reasonably priced for what you get and it is the perfect dessert to have after a meal as it's not too big and not too sweet. The line up can be quite long as it's a pretty popular spot. Just keep in mind they don't accept cash (or maybe I was below the minimum eftpos amount) but that's like most restaurants/cafes in Sunnybank.
My family and I have been drinking here since the shop opened. 1 week will come 3/4 times or else will also come to buy and take away. As usual I came last night, but maybe because of the crowd or for some other reason, the 2 young male waiters seemed very annoyed and always seemed unhappy, me and my family and friends will not come here again. If you still can't improve your service attitude, I think you will lose many more customers
It’s unfortunate that they serve mediocre drinks with bad attitude since the various chances in management. Drinks are still okay, however, a simple 1 drink, 1 topping order was taken incorrectly and an additional straw (to replace receiving the incorrect straw) was 10cents with a bit of sass. Unimpressed and disappointed as drinks were usually decent here. Food: 3

Bubble tea pearls are always inconsistent, sometimes pearls are good but on multiple occasions it felt like I was chewing on rocks.
Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Nothing new, just look at the past reviews.
The only time I go there is when all nearby bubble tea places are closed and I'm desperately craving milk tea. Besides that, would not go.
I get a passion fruit QQ black tea and I really like it but custom service is bad, when I go there I stand at the counter and the staff see me but just going on doing what they are doing and don't serve me so I wait there for like 5 minutes just standing there. Also the lady who serves I can't understand her.

Good Bubble Tea. Sweet and tasty. Lines not too bad if you time your visit and fair prices. Too bad it's cash only. EFTPOS would be very convenient.
