If you’re looking for something a bit different, Bar Sal Gordo offers a fresh, modern take on traditional tapas that really stands out. Every dish we tried was excellent — the beef tartar was rich and flavorful, the tacos were bold and balanced, and the cauliflower couscous with salmon was light, creative, and perfectly prepared. Even the olives served at the start were full of flavor. What stood out just as much as the taste was the presentation. we stumble over this restaurant under the huddle and the truppet of the precession of the Holy Week in sevilla. we had 9 different wonderful tapas. so kreatiw and tasty. the dishes were well served and fusion and rotation in each court was impressive. the crew in restaurant was super professional and friendly. when her famous delish pringao was finished (because we wanted a second portion) when we tried our Spanish, the crew also tried her English. highly recommended.
If you're looking for something a bit different, Bar Sal Gordo offers a more modern take on traditional tapas dishes. Every dish was really tasty. While a bit pricier than regular tapas bars, the cost was still very reasonable for the quality of food. Even the olives provided at the start were really delicious. I tried a local sour beer, which I really enjoyed. Loved the mushroom and prawn risotto and the ceviche.
There was no separate menu, but the waiter was very knowledgeable and let us know that almost every product could be made gluten-free. I had no reservations about anything. A really nice note was that the waiter repeated that every dish was gluten-free when he served it, which gave me the confidence that he had followed all the way. I recommend this place.
