Salad and go has remained a consistent provider of quality low fat fare since they opened. I used to rave about their incredible pricing when salads were $6 and beverages $1. Simple. Well balanced meals, sides and delicious beverages have recently increasedin price, like everything else on the planet, but still remain among the most reasonable you can find. The portioned are wellthought out and always the same. I say that because even chains have started allowing their quality and quantity to fluctuate toalarming degrees. I do miss the steak option they used to offer as a protein with their salads but it does not take away fromwhat they have, namely tofu and chicken. What they have is fresh...
First time trying at the suggestion of one of my co-workers. Not too bad but not for me. It was a bit pungent for my taste but nonetheless satisfying at such a great price that is hard to beat. I am not entirely sure how where exactly they got it wrongas the potatoes were a little hard and the bacon a tad overcooked. I feel that if had been freshly prepared it would have madeall the difference. Honestly I was disappointed as I was so looking forward to trying it. Repeat visit, perhaps but the servicedid not disappoint and with a smile. Speaking of the service, the it was friendly and accommodating of a special request whichwarrants this three-star review.
The salads are great. There is a wide variety of options with each customizable using the user friendly app. The value of the entire menu is what keeps me coming back. My biggest gripe is with their walk up service. When COVID hit the kiosk to order andmonitor showing the status of the order were removed and they were never put back. And staff inside largely ignore you when youare at the window.
I?ve been to several salad and got locations across the valley and the staff at this location is by FAR the most friendly and hard working. It?s seemingly always busy yet the people working here are exceedingly warm and never fail to make my day when I?mfeeling down. The cold brew helps too. Thanks guys!
